I'm including the Piccolo saga from OG DB because it involves adult Goku and flows almost directly into DBZ. Obviously in the manga they're part of the same series with no split like in the anime.

Good pics. Buu saga is underated. Vegeta especially was handled very well. Super Buu is my favorite dragon ball villain tbh

Frieza Saga was something special. Goku going SSJ for the first time was magical and is the most memorable moment of the whole series in my oppinion.

Saiyan saga
i like the original dragon ball where the main villain was tao pai pai, up to that point it was all martial arts and a lot of asian folklore, and akira toriyama was the main artist, He was very good at drawing. I enjoyed every page
For real Vegata and Goku have the best rival relationship especially during that arc. Also SS3 was a hype transformation and its a shame that both GT and Super didnt give it any respect, especially Super
Buu saga because it mixed both comedy and good fights
Android/Cell saga since it has some of my favorite fights in the series (Piccolo VS 17 and Goku vs Perfect Cell)

The frieza saga is the peak of Dragonball Z, The story builds up the myth of the super saiyan so well that it's reveal near the end is an amazing payoff. My man vegeta gets to be a cunning and devious anti-hero whose antics are very entertaining.
Cell Saga for me. It's the one where Goku is not actually the main character for most of the time. They almost pass the Torch.
The fight choreography was just too cool in the Frieza saga. No arc in the franchise, not counting movies, has ever really topped it.
erm eccccchsuse me but the frieza saga is called the NAMEK saga (and is the best saga, because as luck said - nothing has topped it.. insane choreography)

certainly the frieza saga was cool, the cel saga too, but the saiyan saga...

Frieza saga. I liked the Cell saga too, but this whole time travelling thing got too confusing to me at some point
