The only difference is that they may be slower to process thoughts or may find it harder to remember stuff, or may not be very good at mental math. That's only the real significant difference between a high IQ individual and a low IQ individual of both are well educated.

I tried studying computer engineering for two semesters! No matter how hard or how much i studied i couldn't get advanced math and physics. Even when the professor or someone else tried to explain it i just couldn't get it.
