Being tall gets you respect from men, and they will see you as less of a easy target for bullying is one of the biggest copes about height I have heard from short men on i.s (and men in general).
But first a personal anecdote of mine from years ago, me and my cousin who was 5'8(could be 5'7) where playing poker and we got into a argument about looking at cards (it was stupid), he grabbed my shirt and started yelling at me, and I was genuinely scared of him, he didn't respect me and didn't see me as a threat despite me hightmogging him by 6 inches.
And you wanna know why? It was because he was gymmaxxed and he knew how to box, and I was a wristcel who looked like a stick bug at the time.
It wasn't until I started gymmaxxing and began to look like shrek is when men started to respect me. But consequently because I'm sub 5 and ethnic, when I approach a woman they precieve me as if i was Chris Walker from outlast.
You don't get respect from other men because you are JUST tall you get respect from being gymmaxxed or/and knowing how to fight, but I must emphasize the shorter you are the less likely you are to get respect despite gymmaxing or knowing how to fight,
I repeat the shorter you are the less likely you are to get respect despite gymmaxxing or knowing how to fight.
If you truly believe that being JUST tall gets you respect from men, answer this question: What group are men more likely to respect? (this is all of them in their prime and young):
• Stephen Merchant: 6'7
• Will Farrel: 6'3
• hugh laurie: 6'2
• Stephen Fry: 6'5
• machine gun kelly: 6'5
Or
• conor mcgregor: 5'8
• mike tyson: 5'10
• bruce lee: 5'7
• Jean-Claude Van Damme: 5'9
• chuck norris: 5'8
It's pretty obvious
I could've just named a bunch of short to average height mma fighters/boxers like ilia topuria who's 5'7 or tank davis whos 5'5 but unless you like mma or boxing I doubt you'll know them.
If you want respect learn how to fight or at the very least gymmaxx (because looking like you can fuck someone up is just as important as actually knowing how to).
TL;DR: You don't get respect from men for being JUST tall. you get respect from your perceived potential to inflict violence.
