Hello guys.Excuse me for make such a long title.
I am trying to find ways to deal with being incel and of course a virgin.Leaving aside the fact that i am 22 years and people telling me things like YOU ARE STILL YOUNG,I want to know if you guys have mindsets or ways to deal with it.

Probably many of you work or have a job and occupy your heads with it, instead of thinking in other things.
But i want to know if you have any specific thing that works.
I don't think that everybody will have the same ways to cope with being incel and virgin (in consecuence of being incel,of course).
That's why i made this topic.I am sure there are many opinions and i want to know them.
Please,don't go offtopic, and try to answer with total honesty if you can.

Don't tell me things like GO ER or ROPE.
I confess i used to watch porn everynight and now i managed to be 2 weeks without watching any porn video.I only watched 1 picture.But i didn't watch any video and i see that as a decent step.The idea is to avoid any type of porn.
Meanwhile i was wondering if the NO FAP method can help to the cause.

As a young person,i have basic needs to reach.Like having a job,a car,economic freedom.In other words,a certain independence.
Sadly is not the case in my life.I have been looking for jobs since 6 months and i didn't get anything.

So my goal for now (another confession) is to end my highschool's studies.I left them due to personal issues but i have and want to finish them once and for all.

And after that,try to find a job again,to see if i can apply to one.Maybe employers will see i have finished studies,and will want an interiew with me.Or maybe not.Who know.

Please tell me people if you could cope or deal with being incel and virgin.Tell me if you are still looking for a way,like me.

I'm an oldcel so I already gave up. I had my few rejections in the past and went "fuck this shit". From that point, I considered foids as a different species altogether (I wasn't blackpilled, at all, back then, no theoretical background, but it was clear that something is not right). Tbqh, I never had it measured, but I strongly believe I am low T. Which is a good thing for an incel.

NoFap - no idea, I find the pro and contra arguments equally believable.

It doesn't hold up though and some nights I just feel like dying on the spot.

You see.I don't play games since 5 years.Not even one.I forgot games.I don't watch netflix or movies.I don't go to a cinema since 3 years.
I gave up to games and movies.I don't find them nice anymore.My problems and troughs took me to other things.Now i mostly use my laptop to read stuff,watch videos of things and chat with people when i can.Is hard to me to chat with people.

I did gym since a year.I left it due to personal problems.I used to eat bad.Now i eat lot of salad to complement with other foods like rice and meat.I have control in eating bread.
I drink lot of water.Maybe 8 glasses per day.
I would love to come back the gym.I love it.But i dont have money to afford it and i have to finish my studies first.The end of the year is close.
You started to feel more normal?
Yeah me too.Sometimes my hormones take a hold on me.I want to make them decrease.I need to eat natural aphrodisiac from food,to lower my libido.Sometimes it kills me inside.

I don't have a good relation with my parents.In fact my dad is a manager of a place and i told him i have social anxiety.And i asked him to give me a small job to getting started.He was agree and told me he would tell me when he could find a job for me.
Passed 2 weeks and he didn't tell me anything.
I told him i could make something he would give to me,in home.But he have other issues in work and doesn't have time.Is fine and understandable but i guess he will forget it.Most of times i have to remind him things.
