Everything that happens to you is filtered through your looks. Family, in this case, WILL slow you down. Use them for a place to live and save, and attend uni. Otherwise, broom them fast!
Good advice, if you can move out you should get out of that environment if it doesn't offer you or support you with anything, that's what I'm working on it right now.

I moved out perhaps a little too soon and didn't take saving seriously. Please note that as a male NO ONE gives a single fuck if you're short even $1. Be sure to save and establish good habits. DO NOT get caught up with a girl OR male "friends". Young normies especially, will be impressed that you have your own shit. In fact, they may prey on you because you're an incel.

Note though: I've recently been "adopted" by some folks that treat me like their son. Even the tiniest bit of affection whitepills a person. I'm glad I didn't off myself when I wanted to as a teenager because things are changing for me.

I find it hard to even describe my "identity" because I don't know if I even have one, but I'd say it's a key part of my life too.
I just watched it a few times, it made me tear up.
Another metaphor would be the marathon, you have people who had great trainers/coaches (parents) all their childhood and teenagehood that prepared them and guided them and made sure they had everything they needed.
While on the other hand you have people like me and you and a lot of us here who didn't have any coaches (parents) and were never taught how to run and were too busy dealing with dysfunctional/abusive coaches (parents) and being abusive by them to have the time to enjoy their life or prepare for anything.

One thing I can say that gives me "hope" and an ability to push myself...is knowing that the cycle of abuse and degeneracy ends with me. As long as you don't become your mother/father, whatever they were, then you are on a better path. Sometimes I catch myself saying/thinking something that my mother would say that angered me.
There is a movie I would like to recommend. It is called Nightcrawler. I go into what I call "Nightcrawler mode (NM)". It is basically a caricature of a normie that I put on to blend in with those I despise (normies and the like). NM loves the Office and thinks womens rights are swell, you get the gist. It's something that I credit with me NOT being homeless eating out of the trash. It will help you rapidly careermaxx.
