I'm not a fan of extremes. Low IQ to the point of being unaware of reality and quite slow to learn is not good. High IQ to the point of being a social outcast and perceived as a freak is not good either.
To me it's about being slightly better than average. 115-120 is enough. One standard deviation makes you smarter than most everyday people and might give you an advantage in life. Of course it's not guaranteed, but it's still better than having a double-digit IQ and being easy to manipulate.

That's my IQ range (I got it measured with official psychiatric tests) and I should tell you my life is doomed in every regard. I literally can't accomplish anything great nor cope with failure like most low IQ normies do.
I'm technically slightly above the average wagie, but still not smart enough to get the more advanced and well-paying job positions, and I'm a believer that sometimes ignorance really is a bliss but I'm not ignorant enough to feel satisfied about my shitty life. I can fake neurotypicality at times but I'll never be as extroverted and naturally socially fit as some lower IQ normies or even some of the higher IQ ones who are neurotypical.

High IQ with no beauty can be tough as you're likely to be seen a freak and perceive reality to the point of struggling with your conditions (you'd have deep understanding of them in this case), but being beautiful and low IQ might make you easy to manipulate and it's not good either.
So you're either quite pretty and average/slightly high IQ or you're on the extremes again (beautiful but not smart; smart but not beautiful). Beauty is preferrable, of course. However, according to some studies, beautiful people are more intelligent on average. Not much intelligent (100-110 range), but more than ugly people. So you should have both when you're born unless you're an outcast.

I wish I at very least had a high IQ even as an ugly man because at least I could cope better with life overall. I would be more efficient in my work and hobbies, have better overall technical skills and cope in ways that could kinda make up for the loneliness, lack of pussy and legit friendships with strong social bonds.

I'm high IQ but STEM shit is so rote that it fucking bores me to death. I've always been good at math but it always just seemed so dry and boring to me. I enjoy creative stuff and working with my hands a lot more. Also the idea that just having a STEM degree guarantees you a well-paying STEM job is dumb. Physics degree will get you basically nothing. Getting an engineering degree might but as an incel you'd be relegated to just be a low-level engineer forever with mediocre pay. Medical degree? Well if you want to work at a hospital and want to be something other than a lowly nurse who gets worked to death wiping the asses of old people for shit pay then you'd better learn how to make friends quick.

I think I have probably an ok IQ but I think that doesn't say that much. I think better qualities are being able to plan well, being independent, being creative, regulation stress and feelings well, ability to be diplomatic, etc. High IQ in isolation doesn't mean shit, it doesn't make you a well rounded human.

I never took a real IQ test but I did take the SAT which is a good proxy for IQ and scored better than basically everyone else at my high school, like ridiculously high percentile. I looked online for the rough approximation of IQ for my SAT score and it was around 130. I don't remember the exact SAT score but it was over 2000 on the old test that was out of 2400 which put me in around the 95th percentile nationwide.
