I was stupid enough to buy some alt coin (that has consistently plummeted) back when bitcoin was at 3000. Should have just invested in bitcoin, that way I'd have quadrupled my money instead of losing most of it.

Think about it this way if you didn't spend those bitcoins then it probably wouldn't be worth as much right now.
