Guy's you might think it can't get any worse, and you may dislike a lot of aspects about your life. But trust me, there are people who suffer 10x worse than what you are going through. People who live in 3rd world countries who eat dirt, and get killed with machetes etc. They have no places to sleep with their entire families dying of diseases etc.
If you live in a house, and you can sleep and have food in your stomach, you should never take it for granted. If you are able to NEET, you are incredibly lucky.
There are people on this site that are even homeless, and others that cope with heavy drugs.
I forget to do this myself, to fail to realize how good I have it sometimes despite how many aspects of my life I dislike.
