The other day i walked past some lads and they started to laugh at the way i walked. i heard them say "look at the way he's walking ahaha".
a few days before i was walking home from the shop and two foids openly pointed at me and burst out laughing.
i hear people talking about how ugly i am all the time. i have even had friends come up to me and tell me that people were talking about me behind my back.
whenever i go out i get dirty looks and smirks and i generally hear "look at him" alot no matter where i go.
hell before i started gymcelling i even used to get spat on and people would get physical with me all the time. used to get slapped on the head in the bus and stuff thrown at me all the time in the streets ffs. people would shout things out of their car windows are they drove past. no one ever defended me.
i am curious as to what others have experienced. am i alone or does this happen to anyone els?

Maybe you should get a permit to carry a concealed weapon (depending on where you live). If people start fucking with you, then you can bring it out
