I won’t argue with you about the lean mass/frame because I have not in good faith read the studies you’re talking about. In my opinion it’s the shitty diet that leads to most of those issues, maybe the studies controlled for that somehow. “Never built a livable country” is your opinion and isn’t a good argument for iq.
