being blackpilled and truly blackpilled means understanding that no matter what you do to try to improve yourself by looksmaxxing will not do anything to help you in any way shape or form and it never begun for you

if you still are looksmaxxing and not LDARing then that means your actually redpilled

And it also depends on what they're trying to self improve.

Fat people will always benefit from losing weight. Poor people will always benefit from becoming wealthier etc.

I’m doing the bare minimum to just stay healthy physically and that’s it, but I don’t do a very good job at it and I mostly just LDAR throughout the day.

if your doing more than 30 minutes of workout 3 times a week then your doing way too much than you need
