Well, for me as a ricecel in America, I am a lot more racist when living/working around mostly white areas. This is because of how I notice whites treat me especially the foids (not just white foids but all races of foids). Meanwhile I see WMAF everywhere.
When I go to majority minority areas, there is still racism don't get me wrong, but being around browns, immigrants, other asians, and some blacks, is lightyears ahead of being around all white or mostly white areas as far as treatment. The stereotype of white racism is there for a reason. All people have racism in them but with whites, their racism has a more sinister white supremacist twist to it. Living around mostly white areas as a minority is simply not a pleasant experience. That is why whites, understand the world that they know, and thus shape the world based on how THEY view the world, not necessarily on how others view the world. They strive very hard to never be a minority wherever they live. Or if they really must, they stratify and make sure to live in white enclaves in specific parts of minority areas, aka gentrification slowly pushing (pricing out) the minorities. Which is exactly what would have happened in China if Whites actually succeeded in taking over China.
Or in the case of the so called liberal SF bay area, white liberals trying their absolute best to keep out the blacks and browns through NIMBYism, so that the blacks and browns are in a perpetual state of being an underclass. Making the most conservative republicans in rural interior counties all across America, seem like saints when it comes to racial integration. That is why crime is so out of control in these liberal areas. Its white liberals allowing blacks to do what they do, so as long as they keep their poor dangerous asses out of their white neighborhoods. And because for the most part, its the Asian Americans/Asian immigrants who often become the victim of black/brown criminals, not rich white people living in the hills, or white enclaves.
Things don't change until white liberals start becoming victims of black and brown criminals in higher numbers. As of now, it seems the black and brown criminals are just starting to target the rich white liberals.

I would rather live in a majority white town/city than live in these barrios/ghettos that are majority brown/black which can be unpleasant places to live in
