I can see the point of the analogy, but i think the whole personality thing is overblown. The thing is, when youre an ugly guy, you are expected to be extremely agreeable and "understanding" of a foid. They assume, given your looks, that you would have little to no ego and would gladly be ready to put their own interests far above yours.

This is exactly what they mean when they say we dont have a good personality. It is a version of the halo effect.

I'd say the worst personality you could have for dating is boring and clingy. You can be a nice guy or an asshole, doesn't matter as long as you're fun or at least interesting. Being kind and submissive (supplicative would be a better word imo) tends to come from being boring and clingy -- which comes from being socially isolated with little to no romantic options, which comes from being ugly. It all comes back to looks in the end.

It's a matter of personal preference. Most people don't like being insulted. Playful teasing (what PUA's call "negging") is generally fine as long as you avoid sensitive topics like weight and breast size, and you're willing to take as much of it as you give.
