Right now incel should be a protected class, just like
- Race.
- Color.
- Religion or creed.
- National origin or ancestry.
- Sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity).
- Age.
- Physical or mental disability.
- Veteran status.
- Genetic information.
- Citizenship.
Why? Because the reason why protected classes exist is because of the fact they are immutable characteristics about yourself that you have no control over. You have no control over being black, gay, mentally disabled, a woman, etc, etc. All of these characteristics are immutable parts of yourself that you are born with, which is why they are protected. You can't choose being black in the same way that you can choose to rob a bank. Which is why you can fire someone for their criminal record, but you can't fire them for their race. One is a choice (not really free will is an illusion but this is how normies think), one is a characteristic that you are born with. So if being an incel is something that you are born with because of your genetics, hence it being an immutable characteristic, shouldn't being an incel be a protected class legally? What is the difference between firing someone because of their skin color, and firing someone because they are an incel? The answer is there is none, they are exactly the same, and since they are exactly the same, it should be illegal to fire someone because they are an incel. Incels should have the exact same federal legal protections as any other marginalized group. Especially us, since right now we are the most marginalized and discriminated against group in society.
We need incel activist groups to form to help fight for our civil and legal protections. We had the women right's movement, we had the racial equality movement, we had the gay rights movement, we had the trans rights movement, and now in the 2020s, we need to have the incels rights movement. LGBTI+
