I suggested my frustration tepidly. I dunno why. I suppose my parents are the last people I would think of as a kind of therapist or person to confide with due to their lack of depth and being able to see the importance of things beyond the concept of 'material ease of life.' They did not pick up on my tepid frustrations
they might have thought money buys happiness. But unfortunately they never realized that no amount of money in the world can save you from being undesirable to woman. A big house means nothing without a family in it
Unless you are black, you are set up for failure if you grow up in a single mom household
to them a house is just a place to live in
