When you, an incel, is rejected by girls, they are not actually rejecting you as a person, but actually the superficial aspects of your body, such as your height and face. They don't know who you really are, they've probably never really spoken to you, giving you the chance to show your personality, your ideas, goals or whatever, therefore, she doesn't have enough information to hate YOU, she just hates the idea of you.
On the other hand, when chad fucks a toilet and then dumps her like she is nothing, he gets to know her, he can spend time with her, she has an actual chance to convince him to stay and he just DOESN'T WANT TO, because she, the REAL person, is worthless and he knows he can do better.
