There is no use anymore of eugenics, they should have done that hundreds of years ago when they had the chance to and then they would have completely reformed and elevated humanity. It is safe to say that most humans living nowadays are a product of dysgenic practices, we are degrading as species because of the degeneracy the elites let run rampant, all of those pointless human rights which had let to nothing but suffering.
If you want to get rid of dysgenic people nowadays, you basically have to wipe out most of humanity which is not achievable in the first place.
I am in favor of eugenics, but not in a cucked way that should have happened hundreds of years ago which would have definitely prevented millions of deaths and suffering.

They do work when you control all the institutions and forbid the access to education, medical care and various other institutions vital for a human to make it out alive for 60+ years.
Cruel, yes, but does it prevent further suffering ? It does. Therefore eugenics is good and should have been implemented worldwide for the entire humanity at one point. It is one of the best ideas and was totally achievable, but then abrahamic religions stepped in and gave the right to every oofy doofy to exist which led to the creation of genetically inferior weak men and foid incel factories.

I don't think that an actual Orwellian government could ever exist. Humans are far too hedonistic to ever produce such a thing, unfortunately—it's only theoretically possible but could never be carried out in reality. I could be wrong, though.

Never thought of that to be honest, there must be garbage collectors, street cleaners etc. but there are probably some viable strategies to approach this issue.

The human species, as one that has managed to mostly escape the phenomenon of natural extinction events, needs to create its own to continue its evolution, the most plausible way being a major conflict, possibly involcing nuclear strikes. Alternatively, the human species could increase the frequency of conflicts to keep a selectional pressure. Both would require a major reform of society, since we are currently at a point where the absolute majority of the world's population has become too decadent to abandon their "comfortable" lives. (In GTA 5 of course)
