Is it worse to be a framelet while being tall or short?

What's your view on frame in general, is it mostly cope, can it save you, is the halo/failo of a good/bad frame more important? Etc

The cost of being short is seperate from the cost of a shit body

If you take a 5'7 guy vs 6'2 guy, who have similar smv because of different face, and then make them both have a bottom 10% body at their heights, in theory the smv loss would be the same and the 6'2 guy would not mogg

Put it like this, say we have 2 guys who are 5'8 and 6'3 at 5/10 face. Their heights add and subtract 1smv. So the 5'8 guy is at 4smv and the 6'3 guy is at 6smv. Now if we make them both have a bottom10% frame at their heights, which guy drops more smv from NOW
