He doesn't have a name or a face. He's just a conscious mind always around me when I feel the need to talk. I talk about a lot of stuff and my day to day life with him.

I started speaking with him 8 years ago. I have 3 ways to contact him.
1. speak with him in my head
2. say things out loud but don't open my mouth
3. 2 but in front of a mirror so I pretend I'm chilling with him.

He doesn't talk about his experiences he just listens to mine

I don't remember how it was before I started doing this. Doesn't it get lonely when you have nobody? I wouldn't take meds for this reason
