I been Gymceling for about a month now and ngl it feels pretty good. I'm still subhuman but am looking a bit less Urkel. Also I feel like i could beat the shit out of normies and fat tallfags. Won't be long until i can betabux for a post wall single mother landwhale. (Im obviously joking)

Gymcelled yesterday but hated every second of it. I know that no matter how hard I workout it won't change the unattractive face I have that normies hate me for and have vocally made it very clear I'm ugly throughout my life.

Plus the social anxiety kicks in when other normie gym goers arrive. It's nice when it's just me until they start staring at me and I nervously try to avoid eye contact but end up getting neck pain from staring at the ground. Eye pain too when I keep shifting my eyes to look away when my eyes meet theirs. What a shitty lifestyle.

work out at home ,,dont know why anyone here would willingly subject themselves tothe ERfuel of public gyms
 
True I try to but there's no treadmill or heavy weights at my disposal at home unfortunately.
equipment like that is a luxury,, nice to have but not needed at all. theres millions of things you can do just with a few square meters of floor space,,no equipment whatsoever
 
True. Prison workouts essentially. The thing about body weight is that I find it WAY harder than dumbbells and treadmill. Trying body weight when unfit and out of shape is brutal.

best advice is to not egolift. Prevrent indury at all cost.

I just lost 80 pounds in the last 2 years. Not great but I try to go 3 days a week need to go. More good for you for improving yourself instead of masturbating to trap Sissy porn and plain Minecraft all day like the rest of the people that claim to be blackpilled.
 
If you want to look big don't forget to train traps and neck

If i knew loosing weight would make me even 1 inch taller or more i would loose it,
The logic here is the big stomach, and big thigs etc when burned it would strech your heivht. Basically when you push your stomach you body goes up. But research says loosing weight doesnt make you taller.
Plusi wanna save my fat incase a famine happens due to high food prices

I don’t lift weights or go to the gym.

But I do run a lot.

People always say that exercise will not make a sub 5 into a Chad. That is true.

But it does help keep my stress levels down and make me feel better.

Besides, it is not like I am too busy.

thats not how it works bother.

heavier weight means less reps until failure. but higher risk of injury. its all about achieving muscular failure. i reccomend a rep ragen from 8~12 reps. but thats for a little later since your still a beginner.

after around 8 months of consitent lifting try understanding training strategies related to your goals.

Exercise is very good For your health. Ive Been going to gym For 9 years, Took a break this Summer and Took up running. Ran 8km on thursday. T shirt was absolutely drenched in sweat
 
I've slowly been developing a hunchback from years of LDAR and starting to regret not staying in shape. I used to go to the gym all the time. Now I'm kinda fat and lay down watching tv and reading the net all the time. I'm huffing and puffing up the stairs, my knees hurt and sometimes get injured just walking down the stairs. LDAR does major damage to your body over time. Gymcelling might not get you laid, but at least you'll be able to walk properly later on.
