I will be completely blind in some years.

I have realized that all of this will become meaningless, I have lost all hope about everything and anything. Love was rejected from me, because of not living up to the female ideal (one of the results of living in a society where women dictate what is allowed to reproduce). Mental health was rejected from me, because of the dire circumstances I was born into and the struggles which my mind cannot abandon even now. And finally my sight has been negated from me; it was not enough to doom me to a life of shame and indecision, but also to take away from me the only tool I have to at least have a normal job and a normal life.

I have decided I will do something drastic before I lose my sight completely, when the time comes.

I was born with miopia, but recently I had Retinal detachment in both eyes. One is already blind, and the other gets worse each day. Already had surgery in both, but it seems in possibly 5 years my vision will be gone completely.

Miopia is almost never due to genetics. It is largely caused by people with mild eye strain getting prescribed dogshit strong glasses

Already had them. In the first eye it was too late, in the second it saved a little bit of sight, but it is expected to deteriorate after some time.
