The graphics aren't bad and the consoles can be had for little money.
Also, despite the high prices for new hardware there is always the used market and some people literally sell new hardware for much lower prices which even still has warranty on it.
I have bought numerous components like that in the past.

Some sell whole systems which they have just bought for a bargain and you can go to them and test the systems before buying.
I sometimes buy a system like that and only take out the parts that I need to sell the rest and recoup my money.

Yeah, apparently the increased RAM prices are because of the AI craze and even in the comment section people are wishing for that AI bubble to burst already.
Now, personally, I have no idea what they are talking about because I am simply not interested in AI. To me it is one huge step towards Idiocracy.
But I do remember reading that AI is not as sophisticated as people like Musk and the likes would have you believe and is basically more smoke and mirrors than anything else. Not sure if true, but I hope it is true.
Of course I don't want to see a financial collapse because I have worked very hard for the little that I own in my life.
I don't want to lose that. I will see whether I can secure it somehow.
