My nose is fucked up, it is always blocked so breathing is very hard.

Because I couldn’t breath from nose I breath from mouth when younger which fuck up my face.

Also I didn’t do exercises when I was younger because I was tired all the time.

Because of these shit, I was ugly and fat fuck in high school which was the best chance to ascend.

Same. My facial proportions were very normal/ideal until about 8. From 8-14 I was permanently mouth breathing because of allergies, and as a result, I became a horsecel.
