Managed to shave 30 seconds off my mile so it's 9:30 mile at 220lbs at 23% body fat or probably even more, I think it's pretty gud just sayin

I think mine was 8 minutes or something, but I never ran just one mile it was like 10km in 60min
 
Chad can run a mile in four minutes and that includes a stop half way to bone a passing Stacy.

But seriously, running is a fantastic way to increase your fitness and lose weight. Shaving seconds of your fastest time becomes addictive and this is one addiction that is actually good for you.

See that's the thing my body is kinda fucked because most of my fat accumulates in my gut so my BMI reading is way off plus I'm not sure what percentage of that is loose skin, I wouldn't say I have crazy muscle mass I just have a really hard core and thick legs to carry my weight. It fucking sucks ass because as much as I try and diet the weight off it's just a fucking mass of fat attached to my stomach it makes me sick.

kek i mog the shit out of that time boyo. I could run a 5:16 mile at my prime. Wtill was shit though, I was never able to break 5 minutes cause of my manlet status. How was I supposed to compete with those 5'10 plus motherfuckers who strides were twice the size of mine :feelsree::feelsree::feelsree:.

Also I ran a marathon at a 8:37 minute mile pace (got 3 hr and 47 min), so yeah even at a long distance my mile times mogged that kek.

Still crazy to believe since kids that age aren't even developed enough. Unless you hit puberty mad early there is no way you could have been getting those times (unless you were trained). Especially if you were short and were scrawny. You at least need some muscle for running.
