im not gonna do your homework but
the bacteria dont become resistant. they degenerate. After antibiotics kill all the bacteria that can digest and fall victim to the antibiotic, only the cripples with broken digestive system are left. They simply cant even deal with the antibiotics or ingest them, thus it has no effect on them. Thats why they have no resistent gene. There is no generation of anything new,only entropy and degeneration of the old.
