I've seen such cases in a psych ward. when the medication doesn't quite work out (for ex if they needed an antipsychotic to balance it out or the dose was upped too quickly) it can cause the patient to have extreme agitation and paranoia. He prob coulda be normal if it weren't for his brain chemistry being fucked by his mental illness and ill fit meds. Prob why he wanted to play doom irl.
