[Based] [Minecraft] Constructing KetamineCel's camp.

A while back @KetamineCel shared in the Lounge a design for a foid concentration camp. I took it upon myself to attempt to construct the design in Minecraft Creative mode. I've started my construction on the northeast corner of the camp, and worked from there. So far 2 of the 6 barracks have been constructed, the northeastern watch tower, and the foundation of the guard building.
