As someone who worked as a waitress for a little over a year i know firsthand that those poor servers are mistreated by both, clients and bosses, they don't earn a living wage and they have to round their shitty paychecks with the tips to make end meets
Please, don't be an asshole and tip your server if they're providing a good service, God knows they need it

Fucking bullshit. They earn a shit ton of money. I had a teacher who once bragged that she waited in her youth and made shit tons of cash. If someone tips 10x only 20$ thats already 200$ dollars a day.
