When a foid cheats on you, that is the ultimate extreme form of disrespect in general.
That is the closest person to you (your special other), essentially telling you that not only are you undesirable, but you're a pussy on top of that, so the foid feels that it is ok to fuck another man behind your back.
If a man cheats, its not as bad because he is usually the provider/protector literally risking his ass for her and she was the one benefitting the whole time. So she can leave if that happens and find another partner. Who maybe more lower value and desperate than her previous partner but at least she still has a partner. And in a sane society, that cheating man will get shamed and branded.
Because if you really think about it, if she still had feelings for the partner that she is with, and she feared him and didn't view him as a pussy, she would communicate for a break up and give it a couple weeks or more for the breakup to finalize. But since she had no feelings nor feared him, she decided to fuck another man (or multiple men) behind his back. Putting her original partner at risk of getting herpes which is incurable and very hard to live with as the outbreaks can be itchy and painful.
