His hair on this bust are pretty OK, especially compared to mine Just mildly receding temples that's it.
Anyway, shaving backs of the mogger heads is not disfigurement If I was him at those times, I would burn their hair or cut out portions of skin with hair (not full scalping), or even cut their pipis off so only baldcels could spread genes
