Searchface.ru used to be an online service that searched through user profiles on vk.com with photos/profile pics and found ones that were similar to that which you uploaded. If you look carefully at the blurred logo, this one happens to be findclone.ru, which apparently has very similar interface to searchface. Maybe they werent taken down and merely went temporarily offline and changed name/distribution model. When I was using it there was no phone app and no registration was required.
