He's a god amongst bluepilled, deluded men. Plan on consulting with him in a couple of years for implants after I save up.
He seems to be the only person with both the knowledge in what makes a good and attractive male face and the skill to make it happen. There are lots of skilled surgeons out there who will probably go and shave some man's jaw down or give them an upturned nose or some shit like that which nobody really wants. They're too used to female patients. Barry Eppley has the knowledge, and the skill.
This is my plan essentially. Saving up my stembuxx and running surgerymaxx game by going to a prominent/very well regarded plastic surgeon.

Exactly. I consulted with a very reputable and skilled Maxfac surgeon who was just so utterly bluepilled about what I needed that it made me very cautious. I would advise anyone looking into surgeries to get numerous opinions and consult with surgeons with aesthetic specialties.
The only surgeons I would trust are; Barry Eppley, Michael Yaremchuk (he's too old now), Mike Gunson for bone work, and Paul Ruff.
Barry Eppley straight up told me I needed a genio and a rhino and buccal fat pad removal. He changed his mind on the buccal fat pad removal though, when I told him my age. Most surgeons would also not communicate with a 16 year old kid regarding these things but he has 0 qualms with it, he just said he'll only give me a wraparound jaw implant after I turn 18 (but he said that I could get the genio now if I wanted).

Good list for surgeons. I'm currently setting up a consult with Gunson, just hope I can get everything I want with him. Problem is he's very expensive, but he's worth every penny IMO. And yep, based Eppley knows his shit.

There is still a chance to fail even you are 10/10. There is other factors that foids judge.And; after your surgery; if you fail, it would be your worst suifuel. I would see him personally. Don't know his prices but I bet it's better than Eppley. Plus he's a jaw surgeon so he knows more about jaw operations.
Only things I'd see Eppley about specifically would be extended zygo implants or infraorbital rim implants because those are more unique skills he has.
