Same, i slept little less than 2 hours. I ate breakfast and then fell asleep. Waking up a few hours later. Insomnia sucks, thought i had it in control. Paracetamol for when i cant sleep, doing it too often tbh. Literally 4 tablets and nothing. Racing thoughts, its over
