Deputies first responded to Little Fudges Creek Road in Barboursville on June 3, where Donald Wallace reported that his girlfriend, Christina Marie Johnson, showed up at his home banging on the door with a hammer. According to Wallace, Johnson scratched his face during the encounter, drawing blood before fleeing the residence. He later reported that Johnson returned later that night and stole a cherry wood chest from his porch.

Nearly two weeks later, on June 14, authorities were once again called to a disturbance—this time at Fudges Creek in the Ona area. Trooper T.A. Ellis of the West Virginia State Police responded and spoke with both Wallace and Johnson about the incident.

If the genders were reversed, he would have been dragged off in chains.

Johnson is now facing charges of:

• Domestic Battery (2nd Offense)
• Domestic Assault (1st Offense)

She was transported to the Western Regional Jail following her arrest.
