I took accutane, which triggered scarring alopecia, which means I am losing 400+ hairs a day THAT WILL NEVER COME BACK. I can't cope with this anymore, I want to kill myself. Balding is the true death sentence.

Minox would grow the hair faster, but my immune system would still kill them off. Btw my hair now looks like this-

It's a condition called pili torti which happens when the immune system SCARS THE HAIR FOLLICLE. My hair shafts are super deformed and fall out easily.

Finasteride also would not work because I am not balding due to dht.

What I need to do is take a medication called Xeljanz, this will stop my immune system all together, thus stopping the hairloss. However a side effect of the medication includes cancer due to the decreased immune system

My dermatologist told me it will recover, but it's been 3 months off accutane and am still shedding 400 hairs a day. So fuck dermatologists, I will treat this issue myself by ordering immuno suppressors from india

Hair systems wouldn't work becuase I am losing hair from everywhere, including the sides of my head. I am also losing eye lash and body hair. If I don't take the medicine, I will be completely hairless in a year. I have no choice

Just fucking lol. It's always like that when it comes to fixing any real looks issue in men. Like say you got a small cut on your hand. As a man, you have only two options: to either not care or fucking cut it off altogether. That's about how efficient hairloss treatment is.

Well, if true that sucks. I don't know what to say. There's micro needling and meds for it but they have their risks. Minox kills your collagen and doesn't work long term. Fin is longer lasting but may give you ED, also irreversible worst case scenario. But tldr I'm not a doctor so see a specialist about what can be done otherwise.

Minox won't work because my immune cells will kill off the newly made hairs.

Fin won't do shit because my hairloss has nothing to do with dht.

The only option I have is an immune suppressor medication called Xeljanz. Look it up, plenty of people with alopecia areata recover when on this medication. The only downside is that my immune system will be lowered on this drug, so I may get cancer.

I'm paving the way with the medication I will be taking. I have people on accutane damage forums looking forward to what results it will give me. I'm basically a guinea pig rn
