Noticed a few months ago I was developing deep norwood inroads. Now I constantly see hair which has fallen out on my desk, papers, books ect, Even on my phone screen.

I might have left it too late but I have ordered some hair loss shampoo.

I doubt it will work but I cannot go bald! I am 23!

Any balding cels got any tips?

Does anyone know if cannabis/weed/pot exacerbates norwooding? I read something that it impairs the hair regrowth cycle, others say the vasodilation effects are good for hair. Any anecdotal stories?

I have also been taking BCAA and ZMA to help test levels, could that make the problem worse?

Either allow hair bangs , or shave your head completely, while you don't do any implant.
I have a large forehead and I allow my hair bangs to grow to disguise it.

Been looking at Minoxidil too, that shit is not cheap!
And upto 6 weeks before you can even see any results if any, damn this shit should be subsidised

Haven't experienced them boyo, but focus on using oils every week. And massage your head to get the blood flowing around your scalp

Definately think blood flow has been an issue.
Have to wear a helmet at work for upto 12 hours a day.

im diffuse thinning, i noticed first thinning spot on side of head at 18, now im 21, my hair still easily shreds and when i wake up or after shower i see bald spots everywhere, hair still looks normal for now when dry, but i wonder for how long, i even have wimp alien skull so its definitely over for me if i go bald, i cant believe how this is possible, hair loss is supposed to be 99% genetics yet everyone has hair in my family, my two grandparents that are in late 80s now still have hair, i dont want to go on finasteride because of all the horror stories i have read, at least my facial hair is great but i wonder whats the point when bald soyboys ruined the beards.

Another thing females get spared from just by being born female; they don´t bald. I even know 23-24 year old men who are balding on of them has the moon seriously you can´t catch a break if you´re born male.
