I have this coworker. He's about 40, completely bald manlet with a beard. He actually kind of looks like gimli from lotr.

We work on this construction site which has a surprising amount foids working there. Of course so many guys on site orbit around them throughout the day like pathetic fucking simps. My coworker in particular is always talking to them.

I watch him throughout the day as he approaches and talks to the foids on site. Most of them will engage in friendly conversation with him and laugh at his dumb jokes. Some have even exchanged numbers with him but it's obvious he's just going to be friend zoned at best and be used as a jester. But this mfer is so delusional that he honestly thinks he has a chance with one of these holes. Most of them have bfs too I might add.

I feel like hitting him with the blackpill but I honestly feel kinda bad for him.
