Getting a hair transplant is a dumb idea if you're in your twenties. If you're an oldcel, I guess this doesn't apply.

Apparently you should wait until you've lost all your hair otherwise when you start balding, the transplanted hair in the front won't go away and you'll have a really fucked up look.
