One state senator proposed a male masturbation ban because there's an abortion ban. The idea seems to be that masturbation expels sperm. The problem with this idea is that sperm, unlike zygotes or other preborn children, aren't human. Google AI says, "A sperm is a male reproductive cell (gamete) that carries half of the genetic material needed for fertilization, while a zygote is the single cell formed when a sperm fertilizes an egg, containing a complete set of chromosomes from both parents." Sure, perhaps some men masturbate when they have the option to ejaculate into a woman and get her pregnant, but even then perhaps that's actually the woman's fault for not convincing him to have sex and children. Which man would say no to sex with a woman? No man would. Sex is great(I assume, I've never done it). Therefore if a man masturbates, it's the fault of foids. If male masturbation is to be a crime, women should be punished.
Also why are men to be punished for releasing gametes, and not women? Women release them during their period. Frankly, it should be a crime to have a period. You should get pregnant and breastfeed to have lactational amenorrhea and repeat. Tampons are murder.
Since gametes aren't human beings, why are only men to be punished for masturbation? Women masturbate too. There's no such thing as a female involuntary celibate. All women have sexual options, but they choose not to have sex. If female masturbation were banned, those horny enough would have to seek a man. Female masturbation should probably be illegal.
Also, what if male masturbation is indeed banned? Some men might still not have sex and the law won't result in more babies. You could even ban male sexlessness, but you'd be punishing the victim instead of the criminals, which is foids that rejected the man. Why should male sexlessness be a crime, but not female sexlessness? Female sexlessness should be banned. Men can't help childlessness. Women can. Men get rejected by the opposite sex. Women can always find a man to have sex with even if she's ugly. Childlessness should be a crime, but only for women.
Also, this proposal doesn't outlaw contraception. What if male masturbation is banned but contraception remains legal? Then there's not going to be much new humans created. If this is supposed to be like an abortion ban, it's not like it. Abortion bans result in newborns. This might not.
Finally, why is only masturbation to be outlawed, but not oral and anal sex and handjobs? I'm not against that because the woman that the man fucks may already be pregnant. They've already done a good deed and can't get anymore pregnant. But that's the logic of this anti-masturbation proposal.
