i figured i might as well completely stop shaving and try to beard-maxx once again with minoxidil
applying the juice twice a day

minoxidil only vasodilates the capillaries under the skin, allowing for more bloodflow and thus more hair growth in areas with active follicles. In other words, minoxidil would only help if you are capable of growing a beard without it --making it essentially useless.

i do own a 0.5mm derma roller and jamaican castor oil (from the last time i was obsessed with getting a beard , sometime in the early months of lockdown , april 2020 ish)
plan on rolling once a week
