I just did 7-days detox/NoFap. I mean complete monk mode all i did was read, sleep, repeat. Didn't even socialize or go outside not like i usually do anyway but just to factor in lol. Not to forget i also didn't eat Food at all for the first 3-days (intermittent fasting).

what do I do now ? I popped 6 pseudoephedrine pills and ate some natural ayurvedic so goooooning will start now fuck i hope i don't nut fast.
