average male lifespan in western countries is around 70-75. save for a few gymcels most people posting here spend 12 hours a day in front of the pc and don't move around much, eat like shit, suffer from addictions and health problems and so on. most of us will die long before that.
so if you're 30 half your life, literally, has already passed. of those 30 years remaining 1/3 will be spent sleeping. half of the 2/3rds remaining will be spent working a shitty job that will drain your health & energy, preparing for said job, or commuting to it.
free time in your 30s and 40s isn't like free time in your teens... you won't have any energy to move around. you'll be too tired to leave your house and you'll get sick more often. when i was a teen i enjoyed getting sick because i could skip school. now i get sick and it actually hurts.
