Small dicks are not even the third filter, first filter is looks (where 90% of us fail), second filter is personality (where the rest of us fail), and then romantic compatibility before a woman even sees what you have between your legs. A small dick is only an issue if you actually get to use it, I wouldn't be surprised if lots of Incels are hung but no hole would ever see it because they didn't pass through the first few filters.
