Why would a small head be bad? Superheroes are drawn with smaller heads to make them seem more masculine.  It more matters about proportionality.

My proportions are pretty good. But sometimes i feel like a child when i stand to someone in my age-group and i see their long faces, jaws  etc. Even some females are mogging me regarding face height. It´s rare but it happens. Face height is 7.1 inches btw.

I've always had a big forehead so my proportions are out of wack.  I honestly don't think people think about head size.  Maybe face but not head.
