1. They're biologically more susceptible to having autism.
2. When they do have autism, their symptoms are usually worse — meaning that they don't "mask" because they can't.
3. Autistic behaviors are more discriminated against in men because guys are expected to be bold and extroverted, not passive and awkward.
4. Male disposability, gynocentrism and the women are wonderful effect ensures that people are more likely to view women favorably.

They don't. Autism in women is more accepted and seen as endearing. An autistic male is seen as a creepy, broken mess.
