Considering that poster frequents /r/FDS she's the last person to lecture anyone on their bad personality. In any case, autism is something you're born with and it's a factor that's out of your control, so if autism is responsible for bad personalities that means these autistic men can't do anything about something they have no control over as an innate aspect of their being that was predetermined before they were even born.
In this case, telling men with ASD to grow better personalities is tantamount to telling autistic men to stop being autistic as if that's a switch they can flip to change it over night. You might as well tell women with BPD to suddenly learn to stop having BPD, that latter statement about as absurd and retarded as the former.
There are way more women than men on SSRIs so why don't they learn to develop better personalities and change their hormonal profiles and get their neurotransmitters in check? It's as easy as changing your personality.
