Aspergers was one of the most misdisgnosed conditions in the field until it was abandoned. It's probably not the case. I had a nurse practitioner say I had Asperger's because of my lack of empathy only to have over a half-dozen actual psychologists and psychiatrists take a good look at me and realize I don't have a single autistic synapse in my brain.

This test is only a part of a diagnosis, it's not the whole thing, just gives an inkling towards or not. Lower the better.

Fucking ridiculous though that retard autists get more help than "high functioning", a few minor adjustments & you'd have a hell of a lot more autists getting jobs & attempting to fit in, as well as a way lower suicide rate but no the NT legion can't make ANY fucking exceptions (apart from foids "I'm an autistic girl & I love my NT bf teehee ) for us, won't meet us halfway, no it's adapt or die MOTHERFUCKERS!

We're told to be normal, hide that shit from everyone otherwise they'll ostracise us, reject us, bully us, fucking leper life without no colony. Yet we're told to "just be ourselves" in dating & life overall. What a joke, if we try to improve we just get mocked or ppl want to get away from us.

People don't expect a wheelchair bound cripple to get that item off the top shelf so why do they expect an Autist to be good at socialising & make eye contact.

People tend to mistake social skills that are impaired from underuse for social skills that are impaired from mental handicap. Likely because the differences are subtle and only a trained eye can spot them. It doesn't even matter anyway since bad social skills are a subhuman trait whatever the cause.
