This is a good point. One of my eyes is clearly lower than the other, I have under-eye bags, and wear thick glasses. None of this is invisible, and moreover, my lack of ability to interact nonverbally is ubiquitous.

It's tough to say why but you can always pick out the autists purely by physical appearance.

You can just see the autism emanating from the shape of the face. It's hard to describe what it is, but it's just obvious.
