I disagree bro, as someone who also has an autism diagnosis I have noticed it affects me negatively in social interactions and ability to maintain friends and acquaintances even when I was better looking. To some extent, even online before people see my face, they still don't warm up to me as much as they do with other NT's. Ofc showing my face further ruins it, but my point is my autism perputually resulted in me being ostracized and having very low social status, throughout my life. If I had been NT, I would have at least had average social status in middle and high school and even with my face turning LTN or sub4, I might have had a few acquaintances or at least better connections online. None of it worked out due to autism.
