In theory a gigachad could be autistic but you're right that it would be less likely to be diagnosed because even if he had brain damage resulting in inability to deal with other people and miss social cues, it wouldn't matter because society would reshape itself around him and those difficulties would be minimized so that they'd still be less difficult than the person with average brain capabilities.

Also I don't believe autism/aspergers to be entirely genetic but like most mental conditions, a thing constantly influenced by your life experiences.

Someone ugly who suffers hatred from outset obviously naturally will shy away from socializing while someone who enjoys instinctive love will naturally lean into it. These are bound to influence outcomes of final capability because social interaction and social observation are SKILLS.

It's like how obviously the gigachad with instinctive high strength and low injury rates will naturally practice stuff like sprinting/powerlifting and get better at it than your average guy. So he not only has a higher baseline but also higher training.
